Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join one of our clients in Arlington, TX. This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, navigate project challenges, and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, or quality concerns
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Partner with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to drive project success
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to executive leadership and clients

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, or municipal construction projects from start to finish
  • Experience with Procore for project manager
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
  • Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • PMP, CCM, or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
