Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join one of our clients in Arlington, TX. This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, navigate project challenges, and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
- Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, or quality concerns
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Partner with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to drive project success
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to executive leadership and clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, or municipal construction projects from start to finish
- Experience with Procore for project manager
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- PMP, CCM, or other relevant certifications
- Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
Design-build and ground-up construction experience
