Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Available
Shift Options:- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 5:30 AM or 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay Increase OpportunityEmployees receive a $1.00 to $1.50 per hour pay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day contract period and transition to permanent employment.
Job OverviewWe are seeking dependable and motivated Welders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work within a metal fabrication department operating fabrication equipment, performing spot welding, reading blueprints, and handling materials throughout the production process. Responsibilities- Operate metal fabrication machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform spot welding on metal components according to quality and production standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
- Use a tape measure accurately to verify dimensions and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Load and unload fabrication and welding equipment manually.
- Stage, organize, and prepare raw materials for production.
- Follow established production processes to meet daily output goals.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production needs.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection.
- Previous spot welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience working in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong tape measure and measurement skills.
- Experience operating fabrication machinery.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality standards.
