Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Available

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 5:30 AM or 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32226

Employees receive a $1.00 to $1.50 per hour pay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day contract period and transition to permanent employment.

We are seeking dependable and motivated Welders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work within a metal fabrication department operating fabrication equipment, performing spot welding, reading blueprints, and handling materials throughout the production process. • Operate metal fabrication machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform spot welding on metal components according to quality and production standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
• Use a tape measure accurately to verify dimensions and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Load and unload fabrication and welding equipment manually.
• Stage, organize, and prepare raw materials for production.
• Follow established production processes to meet daily output goals.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production needs.
• Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection.

• Previous spot welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong tape measure and measurement skills.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality standards.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
