Location: Casper, WY
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Tuesday through Friday 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM

As a Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
- Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Enforce safety standards and company policies throughout the facility
- Train, coach, and assist warehouse staff as needed
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence within the warehouse
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warehouse operations
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email communication
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
