Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students as a School Psychologist for the upcoming spring semester. This full-time position spans from January 4, 2027, through May 28, 2027, supporting educational and emotional needs across one or more local school sites.

In this engaging role, you will bring your expertise to a variety of core school psychologist tasks, including administering evaluations, writing comprehensive psychoeducational reports, and actively participating in the development and implementation of IEPs. Collaboration with educators and families is key as you provide targeted counseling and behavioral support, aiding in students’ growth and success. Grade levels and specific school sites will be confirmed closer to placement, allowing flexibility and new experiences.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or appropriate state credential
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessment and report generation
  • Background in IEP process, including participation in meetings and document preparation
  • Ability to provide both behavioral and counseling interventions for students
  • Strong communication skills for teamwork with school staff and families
  • Experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for student support planning
  • Prepare timely, detailed, and legally compliant assessment reports
  • Engage in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
  • Offer individual or group counseling as needed
  • Support positive behavior strategies and interventions
