What we look for:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience in a school setting is strongly desired
• Competency in bilingual and/or monolingual service delivery models
• Comfortable handling mostly evaluations and case management, with some therapy sessions as needed
• Background working with elementary and some middle school students
• Adaptable and organized, with excellent communication and documentation skills

Your role will involve:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations for a varied caseload (monolingual and bilingual students)
• Managing all aspects of casework, including IEP development, progress reporting, and family communication
• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Providing direct therapy when required based on student needs
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance standards
