Job Description
Provide expert pharmaceutical care and medication management at a well-established satellite clinic near Page, Arizona, serving a diverse patient population including neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, and obstetric cases. This travel pharmacist opportunity offers exposure to comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a culturally rich and dynamic healthcare environment, with potential for advancement to advanced clinical practice roles.
Location:
- LeChee Clinic, a satellite site near Page, AZ, serving the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute communities
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality pharmacy services in alignment with clinic policies and standards
- Manage medication therapy for a broad patient demographic
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams, including specialists and nursing staff
- Potential to advance into roles with enhanced clinical responsibilities and supervisory duties
- Participate in rotational shifts including day, evening, weekends, and holidays when required
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical and administrative supervision to pharmacy personnel, including technicians and assistants
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Pharmacy license in any US state or territory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing pharmacist

- Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
