Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Period: ASAP Through 9/1/26 (Potential Temp-to-Hire)Duties
  • Process paperwork for outgoing shipments using a variety of shipping carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and other shippers.
  • Process shipments based on customer shipping requests and requirements.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping requests, orders, and shipment information.
  • Perform order entry and maintain accurate order and shipping records.
  • Complete invoicing for outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare and process bills of lading and other shipping documentation.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to process orders, shipments, and related documentation.
  • Work with SAP, EDI, and/or WMS systems to support shipping and warehouse operations.
  • Assist with cycle counting and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
  • Support general shipping and warehouse activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous shipping clerk, logistics, warehouse, order entry, or related experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn and use shipping and warehouse systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP, EDI, and/or WMS preferred.
  • Experience with order entry.
  • Ability to complete invoicing accurately.
  • Familiarity with bills of lading and shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to assist with inventory cycle counts.
  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required
