The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical access hospital in beautiful Alturas, CA to hire skilled Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings.

What You’ll Do

• Provide prescribed physical therapy treatments and evaluate effectiveness
  
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Support pain management and coordinate patient care plans
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Physical Therapist license
  
• Current BCLS certification
  
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapy modalities
  
• Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
  
• A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
  

What You Can Expect

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) - $7,500 @ hire & $7500 after 2 years
