Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Grand Blanc, Michigan

Make an immediate and lasting impact by supporting an elementary-aged student in a dynamic educational setting! A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong commitment to mental health and behavior management. This role will place you onsite in a collaborative, full-team environment, where you will guide a tailored behavioral program dedicated to one student, approximately 8 or 9 years old.

As the BCBA, you’ll work in partnership with educators, therapists, and support staff at a specialized education technology center. The position runs through June 2027, offering the chance to truly get to know your students and colleagues while making a difference every day from 7:30 am to 2:45 pm.

What we’re seeking:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials
• Experience working with school-aged students
• Prior exposure to behavior/mental health support in educational settings
• Comfort with a full-team approach and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Dedication to positive behavioral intervention and student growth
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing customized behavior intervention plans
• Monitoring and analyzing student progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Training and supporting staff in implementing behavioral supports
• Collaborating with a broad team to ensure holistic student care
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation according to best practices
