What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to respond effectively to health emergencies and provide individualized care plans

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct care and first aid for students and staff as needed
• Manage and administer prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Maintain detailed student health records in compliance with privacy standards
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support whole-child well-being
• Promote and educate on disease prevention and healthy habits
• Participate in IEP/504 planning and support for students with special needs
• Conduct health screenings, immunization tracking, and assist with state-mandated health programs
