Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a Community Association Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, strong client service skills, and a working knowledge of commercial insurance products.

This position serves as a key liaison between clients and insurance carriers, helping manage new and renewal business, account servicing, proposals, and day-to-day client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service commercial insurance accounts from new business through renewal.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carrier partners.

  • Market new and renewal accounts to appropriate insurance carriers.

  • Prepare insurance proposals and related account documentation.

  • Respond to client questions and provide timely solutions.

  • Assist clients with commercial insurance products, including:

    • General Liability

    • Commercial Property

    • Workers' Compensation

    • Other commercial lines products

  • Process policy changes, renewals, and other account servicing activities.

  • Maintain accurate client and policy records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners to resolve account issues.

  • Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience servicing commercial lines insurance clients.

  • Experience working with community association accounts is preferred.

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and account servicing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting community association insurance accounts.

  • Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.

  • Knowledge of commercial property, general liability, workers' compensation, and related coverage.

  • Strong client relationship management skills.

Work Environment
