Sara Walker with Robert Half is searching for an experienced Community Manager to support a residential community in Gresham, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a resident-focused approach to daily operations. The position supports office coordination, communication, record accuracy, and property-related administrative functions while helping create a well-managed and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front office activities, greet residents and visitors, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and organizing administrative, resident, and property documentation.
• Support day-to-day property operations by coordinating schedules, tracking requests, and assisting with office workflow.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and general documentation to support operational and financial activities.
• Assist with occupancy-related administration, including file maintenance, application tracking, and status follow-up.
• Work closely with onsite team members to help address resident questions, service needs, and community communications.
• Help monitor compliance-related paperwork and ensure required documents are complete, current, and properly filed.
• Contribute to an organized office environment by managing supplies, handling routine clerical tasks, and prioritizing multiple assignments effectively.

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or property-related role.• Strong ability to answer inbound calls courteously and communicate clearly with residents, staff, and external contacts.
• Proficiency in administrative office procedures, document management, and general clerical support.
• Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail and record integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment, dependability, and a service-oriented approach to daily work.
• Experience in property management or affordable housing administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and resident file handling is an advantage.
