School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Norwich, Connecticut

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Connecticut
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing speech and language intervention in school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels (K-12) in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage collaboratively with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
• Offer consultation and resources to support language development across the district
