Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Doral, FL, supporting bonded cargo operations in a logistics and transportation environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader with experience managing customs-controlled freight, inventory accuracy, team performance, and regulatory compliance.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, help ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements, and support efficient cargo flow across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and loading functions. This is a strong opportunity for a bilingual logistics professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and working in a structured, compliance-focused operation.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise bonded and non-bonded warehouse operations in compliance with CBP regulations and company procedures.
- Oversee the compliant receipt, storage, documentation, inventory control, and release of bonded cargo while maintaining full traceability.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics staff to promote teamwork, safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor warehouse performance to prevent cargo discrepancies, damages, customs violations, and operational delays.
- Coordinate workflow across shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and loading teams to ensure efficient cargo movement.
- Prepare accurate reports related to warehouse performance, bonded stock status, inventory accuracy, and key operational metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
