Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid SLP license for the state of Connecticut.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience in school settings preferred (K-12 experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive SLP services to a diverse K-12 caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor progress.
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services district-wide as the dedicated full-time SLP.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
