Maintenance Technician
Location: Ellabell, GA
Full-Time | Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Start: ASAP (6-week assignment)
Target Pay Rate: $32–$37/hr, depending on qualifications
Position Overview:
Kelly is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support advanced robotics and automation systems at our client’s Ellabell, GA location. In this role, you’ll perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on systems and machines.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist with installation and deployment of new machines and systems.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and summon additional help when required.
  • Submit daily or weekly reports and coordinate work priorities with site leadership.

Requirements:
  • 1–5 years of maintenance experience.
  • General knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Experience using multimeters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Slack, CMMS, SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work at heights.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with robotics.
  • Exposure to warehouse, logistics, or material handling automation.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, Scissor Lift.

Physical Requirements:
  • Use and manipulation of standard hand tools.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work from heights (up to 50 ft).
  • Use of lifts rated for 250 lbs. (including up to 30 lbs. of tools/equipment).
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach overhead.
