Job Description
Shape the future for K-12 students as a dedicated speech-language pathologist working a full-time, district-wide contract role for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12 preferred)
- Knowledge of IEP process, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Skilled in assessment and treatment planning for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a diverse caseload, and adapt to changing needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to K-12 students district wide, following IEP goals and best practices
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and student support team activities as needed
- Contribute to a positive school culture while facilitating student progress and growth
This position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, working Monday through Friday, typically between 35 and 37.5 hours per week.
