Pay: $28.98/hr

Schedule: 1st shift

Monday- Friday 5:00am- 1:30pm

Build Quality Components From the Ground Up

We're seeking a hands-on Fabricator to support manufacturing operations in Jackson, WI. This role is a strong fit for someone with welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical experience who is comfortable working from blueprints and production specifications.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Fabricate sheet metal, tubing, and other components according to job specifications.

  • Operate MIG welders, stud welders, plasma cutters, grinders, and fabrication equipment.

  • Measure, mark, and lay out materials based on drawings and production requirements.

  • Weld components and hardware while maintaining required fit and quality standards.

  • Inspect completed work to verify dimensions, workmanship, and material quality.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment.

  • Operate a forklift as needed to move materials and finished components.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on fabrication experience.

  • Experience with MIG welding, grinding, cutting, and metal fabrication.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.

  • Comfortable using fabrication tools and precision measuring devices.

  • Ability to safely operate a forklift.

  • Strong basic math and measurement skills.

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift heavier materials.

  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and perform physical manufacturing work throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and occasional fumes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 2+ years of welding, fabrication, or related manufacturing experience.

  • Previous experience fabricating sheet metal or tubing.
