Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cath Lab team and provide safe, compassionate care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. The RN will work alongside cardiologists and the clinical team in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
Salary: $72,800–$97,700/year
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide nursing care before, during, and after cardiac procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient response.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support interventional coronary procedures and cardiac rhythm management cases.

Requirements

• Active Arkansas RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care, ICU, or Emergency Department experience
• Must be able to take approximately 10 days of call per month
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call response
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Cath Lab experience
• Imaging experience
• RCIS scrub experience
