This full-time role offers the opportunity to foster growth and learning in a small, supportive classroom environment, working with just five students throughout the school year. Located in a vibrant educational community near Madison, OH, this contract position is set to run from approximately August 24th until June 4, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching License in the state of Ohio
• Prior experience supporting students on the autism spectrum, ideally in a middle school setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work closely with families, paraprofessionals, and interdisciplinary teams
• Dedication to creating an inclusive classroom where every student is valued and supported
• Commitment to consistent, on-site engagement throughout the contract period

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
