Pay Rate: 24.36/hrShift: 8Hr Day (8AM - 4:30PM) M-FDuties:

What’s a typical day as Material Coordinator II? You’ll be:
  • Locating, auditing, transferring, and staging materials or kits to support production.
  • Performing cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Picking orders according to the kitting tracker and preparing materials for cleanroom delivery.
  • Assisting with organizing and maintaining stockroom locations to maximize storage and support efficient material flow.
  • Helping control excess inventory by relocating, consolidating, or disposing of materials as directed.
  • Operating powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks, when certified.
  • Training and assisting other Material Coordinators as assigned and performing other duties or special projects as needed.
  • Following all company safety policies, quality standards, and documented business processes.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Bring 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, manufacturing, or materials environment (preferred).
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of stockroom operations, inventory control, and material handling procedures.
  • Are comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in a manufacturing environment throughout your shift.
  • Can operate or are willing to be trained on powered industrial equipment.
  • Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and are familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, work collaboratively, and are committed to accuracy, quality, and safety.
