Job Description

Join our team as a Mechanical Installer, where you will have the opportunity to work on one of three specialized crews: Pile Install, Racking Install, or Module Install. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced construction project, contributing to the installation of crucial infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trucks and transporting piles from the laydown yard for Pile Install.
• Support pile crews in layout and installation, ensuring piles are driven to correct GPS locations and heights.
• Work with operators to unload trucks and deliver materials for Racking Install.
• Gather and organize nuts and bolts, read blueprints, and use tools to install racking systems.
• Perform spot quality checks and ensure proper installation of racking systems across a 3000-acre farm.
• Assist in unloading and staging modules for Module Install, ensuring swift and accurate placement on racks.
• Use power drills and hand tools to install modules and meet production schedules.
• Contribute to site maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and material receipt.
• Participate in construction surveying, dust control, and commissioning tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
