Job Description

This role serves as a Recruiting Business Partner responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional talent in a high-volume, high-standard environment. You will cultivate diverse sourcing channels, build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, and manage full-cycle recruitment processes against tight timelines. The position focuses on talent attraction strategies, setting and tracking recruiting benchmarks and metrics, and driving process improvements that support rapid growth and an outstanding candidate and internal customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective talent attraction and sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates across relevant markets and functions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates in a high-volume environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruiting support.
  • Act as a client lead for assigned business groups, serving as the primary recruiting point of contact and ensuring alignment between hiring requirements and recruiting strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators to deliver a seamless, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Set, track, and analyze recruiting benchmarks and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent searches, projects, and client relationships while meeting customer service level agreements and hiring timelines.
  • Create, refine, and scale recruiting workflows and processes among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that emphasizes high-quality delivery and exceptional internal customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong candidate generation skills, including proactive outreach, networking, and use of various sourcing tools to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring an engaging candidate experience and transparent status updates throughout the process.
  • Exercise sound judgment and effective pushback when necessary, advising stakeholders on market realities, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
  • Maintain organized documentation and tracking of candidates, requisitions, and recruiting activities to support accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting strategies, tools, and processes to support an innovative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume, high hiring bar environment.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in building candidate sourcing strategies and closing strategies for diverse roles.
  • Strong track record of high-volume candidate closing and meeting aggressive hiring goals.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and close multiple searches against tight timelines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience setting, tracking, and interpreting recruiting benchmarks and metrics to guide performance and improvements.
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition principles and practices, with a solid understanding of functional business areas.
  • Exceptional candidate generation skills, including proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Strong client and account management skills with the ability to build dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize time and workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective pushback and maintain a sense of urgency while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships concurrently.
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

  • Experience working as a Recruiting Business Partner or in a similar consultative recruiting role.

  • Understanding of customer-centric business cultures and the importance of aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Work Environment

You will collaborate with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, hiring managers, HR business partners, and business leaders to support high-volume hiring across middle mile operations. The work involves managing multiple concurrent searches and projects, using recruiting tools and systems to track candidates and metrics, and participating in a collaborative, service-oriented team culture. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
