Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services. The Clinical Director will supervise clinical staff, oversee treatment quality and client progress, support team development, and help strengthen clinical programs.

The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Nevada LBA, strong ABA experience, and a proven ability to lead and supervise clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Oversee treatment planning, client progress, and quality of care.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure effective treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other care professionals.
• Support staff training, development, and clinical best practices.
• Help develop and improve clinical programs and processes.
• Provide support across home, school, and clinic settings as needed.
• Contribute to organizational growth and maintain high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active Nevada LBA required.
• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV.
• Strong ABA clinical and leadership experience.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and working with children with autism.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a growing organization.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, or clinical leader.
• Experience leading ABA teams and supporting clinical or organizational growth.
