Regional HR Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to provide strategic and day-to-day human resources leadership across multiple locations. This role serves as a key partner to operational leaders by strengthening employee experience, promoting compliant HR practices, and supporting programs that improve workforce performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and multi-site HR leadership, along with the ability to translate business objectives into practical people strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams across regional sites to shape HR priorities that support operational goals and business performance.
• Lead complex employee relations matters by conducting thorough reviews, guiding issue resolution, and reducing organizational risk through sound judgment.
• Monitor HR policies, procedures, and employment practices to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local labor requirements, and recommend improvements where needed.
• Direct core talent processes such as workforce planning, hiring support, onboarding strategies, and succession planning to strengthen long-term organizational capability.
• Champion initiatives that improve employee engagement, reinforce workplace culture, and increase retention across multiple locations.
• Review HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities, provide actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.
• Oversee performance management activities, including review cycles and goal alignment, to connect individual contributions with broader business objectives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation processes while maintaining compliance, consistency, and cost awareness.
• Supervise and develop HR team members through coaching, feedback, and performance expectations that promote continuous improvement and strong service delivery.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility in a multi-site environment.• Demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and the ability to apply them effectively in business settings.
• Proven experience handling sensitive workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to interpret HR metrics and trends to support business decisions and organizational improvement efforts.
• Experience leading performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Effective leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a track record of building strong HR partnerships.
