The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse, receiving, and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. This role oversees material flow, inventory accuracy, receiving activities,
and a team of warehouse professionals to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse employees.
- Oversee daily receiving, inventory control, and stockroom operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material organization.
- Manage material replenishment, Kanban programs, and production floor stock.
- Coordinate inbound shipments, material inspections, and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and material-handling procedures.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and enforce FIFO inventory practices.
- Support intercompany transfers and identify process improvement opportunities.
- 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift and other material handling equipment experience preferred.
