Several positions are currently available serving elementary and middle school students: full-time EC Resource Teachers, CASE Teacher for a self-contained autism classroom, and a part-time (20 hours/week) EC Resource Teacher position. Each role centers on delivering the general curriculum, supporting students' academic, social, and communication growth.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current, active EC General Curriculum license (not Adapted) is mandatory.
• Standard district credentialing requirements: valid state EC license, cleared background check, and compliance with state and district policies.
• CASE Teacher applicants (Davis Townsend Elementary) must confidently manage self-contained classrooms for students with autism, providing maximum supports while strictly following the general curriculum.
• Silver Valley Elementary applicants must be available Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM – 1:45 PM, and comfortable working with K–2 students on a part-time basis.
• Preference given to candidates who clearly demonstrate experience and/or preference for middle or high school populations, as noted in application materials.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction based on IEPs within the general curriculum.
• Collaborate with school teams, related services, and families to optimize student outcomes.
• Support students with diverse needs, including those requiring significant supports.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment emphasizing academic achievement and social engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.
