Qualifications:
- Valid MA Special Education Teacher Licensure required
- Prior experience working with K-8th grade students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
- Commitment to fostering a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt and deliver engaging instruction for students with varying abilities
- Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families
- Collect and report on student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team goals
- Maintain a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, and conducive to learning

As part of this contract role, you’ll enjoy an attractive pay range of $40–$50 per hour and start making an impact right away, with the position continuing through June 2027.
