Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a paraprofessional, especially in SPED classroom settings
• Fully onboarded in Bullhorn and prepared for immediate start
• Proven capability working closely with students requiring individualized attention
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively with educators and support staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 assistance and support to students with varying needs under the guidance of classroom teachers and special education professionals
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to help students reach their goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and success
• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and the day-to-day management of student behaviors
• Communicate regularly with team members to ensure cohesive support for assigned students

• Location: Position takes place at a local elementary school within commuting distance of Sacramento/Rio Vista
• Hours: 8:00am–3:00pm, weekdays
• Candidates must be available to start within 3 business days of contract signing, aiming for a launch on Tuesday, 8/25
