Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title – Warehouse Lead

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 24 months contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Range – $34 - $36 USD hourly on W2

Shifts – 1st Shift 06:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday / 2nd Shift, 03:30pm to 12 midnight, Monday to Friday / Weekend Shift, Saturday & Sunday, 11am to 12 midnight

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment center operations and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates to meet daily fulfillment and shipping targets.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and train/coaching team members.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Support scheduling, workload planning, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with associates and management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with WMS and basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
