Location: Los Angeles, CA 90018
Schedule: Onsite | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our client's program operations team. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple projects, and providing exceptional administrative support. English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, trainings, and special events
- Compile, maintain, and update program data and records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and presentations
- Monitor and track program expenses and maintain accurate documentation
- Order and manage program supplies and materials
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to staff and program participants
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office support
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and priorities
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
