Bilingual Workplace Experience Coordinator / Receptionist

Location: Orlando, FL 32819

Schedule: Monday through Friday, On Site

We are seeking a customer focused, bilingual Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of a busy and dynamic office environment in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast paced setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to employees, visitors, and business partners.

As the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting daily workplace operations, office administration, and facilities coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Experience
  • Welcome guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and hospitality
  • Manage visitor check in procedures and access badge distribution
  • Guide visitors throughout the office and ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Receive deliveries and coordinate distribution as needed
Office & Workplace Operations
  • Coordinate daily catering setup and maintain refreshment stations
  • Order office supplies and support workplace inventory needs
  • Conduct locker audits and maintain workspace organization
  • Partner with on site facilities personnel to support office operations
Administrative Support
  • Manage tickets and work orders through internal systems such as ServiceNow
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Respond to information requests and support workplace initiatives
  • Communicate with internal teams through collaboration platforms such as Slack
QualificationsRequired
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in reception, office administration, hospitality, customer service, or workplace services
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a warm, professional, and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Preferred
  • Portuguese language skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow, Famis 360, or similar workplace management systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
