Job Description
This travel pharmacist opportunity is based at a satellite clinic near Page, AZ, providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services in a hospital environment. The role focuses on delivering direct patient care to diverse patient groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The position offers career advancement paths from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, with increased clinical and managerial responsibilities.
Location:
- LeChee Clinic, a satellite facility near Page, AZ
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in accordance with healthcare policies
- Manage medication therapy for diverse patient populations
- Participate in rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations, supervising pharmacy staff and overseeing clinic activities (for advanced roles)
- Develop and analyze clinical pharmacy services and programs to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in any US state or territory
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing pharmacist
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

- Fingerprinting clearance prior to start
