Travel Hospital Pharmacist | Mesa, Arizona

This travel pharmacist opportunity is based at a satellite clinic near Page, AZ, providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services in a hospital environment. • LeChee Clinic, a satellite facility near Page, AZ

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in accordance with healthcare policies
• Manage medication therapy for diverse patient populations
• Participate in rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations, supervising pharmacy staff and overseeing clinic activities (for advanced roles)
• Develop and analyze clinical pharmacy services and programs to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license in any US state or territory
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing pharmacist
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Fingerprinting clearance prior to start
