Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license (BSN or MSN required)
• Previous experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations, preferably in school settings
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to manage acute and chronic health concerns, including development of care plans
• Calm demeanor and collaborative attitude when handling emergencies or sensitive student concerns

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and administer routine care, medication, and first aid for K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support individualized health plans (IEPs/504s)
• Monitor and manage student immunizations and records in compliance with school policies
• Participate in health education, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives school-wide
• Provide support and information to teachers, administrators, and parents concerning student needs
