Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to facilitate student progress and promote independence
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of individualized educational programs
- Educate school staff and families about strategies and accommodations to support classroom success
