Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain in Wisconsin)
  • Experience with high school students preferred
  • Passion for individualized instruction and case management
  • Skill in developing executive functioning supports as needed

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing dedicated reading instruction minutes to eligible students
  • Acting as case manager for 8 high school students, ensuring IEP compliance
  • Collaborating closely with the math-specialized teacher
  • Adjusting executive functioning interventions based on individual plans
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Engaging with families and support staff to ensure student success
