Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturer in the Cookeville area to find a full-time Logistics Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
  • Ensuring orders are correct, complete, and shipped on schedule
  • Guiding and supporting team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Keeping inventory and material flow organized and accurate
  • Enforcing safety standards and handling incident reporting
  • Providing training to employees and supporting continuous improvement efforts
  • Managing staffing, scheduling, and overtime
  • All other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution or similar
  • Knowledge of inventory control and material flow
  • Experience working with ERP or warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
