Adecco is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a temporary opportunity with a respected Fort Collins employer. This role is expected to last approximately six months and may convert to a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

We are looking for a true all-star leader who can quickly integrate with the team, bring a positive attitude, and lead with a servant-leader mindset. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, experienced with SAP, and committed to developing team members while delivering exceptional customer service and financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the Financial Shared Services Team, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and professional development.

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close activities, financial statements, account reconciliations, and reporting requirements.

  • Monitor team performance and establish goals to support departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

  • Support internal and external audit activities and assist with risk management initiatives.

  • Review and analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning activities.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals.

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

  • Experience managing and developing teams while holding employees accountable to performance expectations.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with SAP.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred
  • Experience managing financial shared services functions.

  • Experience supporting internal and external audits.

  • Proven success leading process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
