Job Responsibilities- Install HVAC systems for residential new construction and commercial projects.
- Install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioning systems, rooftop units (RTUs), and related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, local building codes, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure proper system performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other trades.
- Work independently while also collaborating with team members as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
- Previous HVAC installation experience in residential new construction and/or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience installing ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and rooftop units.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Commercial HVAC installation experience.
- Experience working on new construction projects.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership experience or the ability to lead by example on job sites.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jamesville, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
