Location: Auburn, Maine
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $31–$37 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

Adecco is searching for a Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to fill a Direct Hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Auburn, Maine.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with strong mechanical, electrical, PLC, and troubleshooting skills who enjoys keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and CNC controls.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, schematics, and parts documentation.

• Assist with equipment installation, modifications, and improvements.

• Provide technical direction and support to lower-level maintenance technicians.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a Sr Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

• A Master's Electrician license

• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and CNC controls.

• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.

• Boiler Operator certification, or willingness to obtain the required license within 6 months..
