- Maintain full ownership of jobsite execution, monitoring productivity, enforcing accountability, and driving continuous improvement.
- Champion a safety-first culture across all trades and scopes of work, ensuring safety is integrated into every aspect of field operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and daily safety planning to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Enforce rigorous quality standards across structural, architectural, and MEP work, ensuring all installations meet project specifications and performance requirements.

- Partner closely with MEP Superintendents and Project Managers to manage system integration risks and ensure seamless coordination of building systems.
- Support system readiness, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities as required to achieve reliable, high-performance facility operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and look-ahead plans, aligning field activities with project milestones and client expectations.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and pull-planning sessions to align trade partners, resolve conflicts, and drive schedule adherence.
- Identify schedule risks early, communicate potential impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Superintendents and field staff, fostering professional development and strong team performance.
