Responsibilities:

• Coordinate discovery activities by organizing records, reviewing materials, and preparing documents for production and case use.

• Assist attorneys with civil litigation matters by maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and supporting day-to-day legal workflows.

• Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings to help ensure attorneys are fully equipped for each stage of litigation.

• Manage and update information within case management software to maintain accurate records, deadlines, and document status.

• Draft, format, and assemble legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with case needs and court requirements.

• Monitor litigation calendars and follow up on upcoming deadlines, scheduled appearances, and required case actions.

• Support document collection and organization efforts by reviewing case materials for completeness, relevance, and accessibility.

• Prior experience working as a Paralegal in civil litigation environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of discovery processes, including document organization and production support.
• Familiarity with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and coordinating case materials.
• Proficiency with case management software and related legal technology tools.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and legal documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with attorneys, court personnel, and internal teams.
