Job Summary
A growing and stable commercial construction organization is seeking a Business Development Manager, Construction TI to drive new client acquisition and support continued growth in the Monterey Park, CA market. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a business development professional with strong commercial construction experience, especially in tenant improvement, client relations, and new account development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within commercial construction and tenant improvement markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, brokers, architects, designers, and other referral sources.
- Identify prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and support the sales process from initial contact through project handoff.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, industry functions, and market outreach activities.
- Partner with internal estimating, operations, and leadership teams to align client needs with construction solutions.
- Track business development activity, pipeline progress, and market opportunities to support revenue growth.
