About the Opportunity
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner / Employee Relations Specialist to support a global leader in the travel and hospitality industry. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic HR guidance while managing complex employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of HR Business Partner and Employee Relations experience, with a proven track record of conducting workplace investigations, partnering with business leaders, driving HR initiatives, and supporting organizational effectiveness.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations professional
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
• Strong background supporting leaders with performance management, coaching, and employee relations issues
• Experience leading HR initiatives including talent management, promotions, compensation planning, organizational changes, and workforce planning
• Ability to analyze HR and workforce data and present executive-level recommendations
• Proven experience partnering directly with business leaders on employee and organizational matters
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Position Overview
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping drive business objectives through effective people strategies. This position combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on employee relations support, including leading workplace investigations, resolving employee concerns, supporting performance management initiatives, and advising leaders on complex employee matters. You will partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational changes, compensation planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement initiatives while leveraging workforce data and HR metrics to provide actionable recommendations. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong relationships, influence decision-making, manage sensitive situations with professionalism, and collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning & Development teams to support a positive employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
