Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-Surg | 3x12s | Full-Time

Multiple Locations Available Across Kansas
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Pay: $29–$43/hour, based on experience
Differential: $2/hour shift & weekend differential
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Med-Surg units at multiple locations across Kansas. This is a great opportunity for experienced nurses as well as new graduates looking to build their nursing career in a supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide medications, treatments, and direct patient care according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• ADN or Nursing Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Kansas RN license or compact RN license at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, organization, and teamwork skills.
