Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22–$24 per hourShift: 8AM-5PM M-FMonday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

- Updating, editing, and clarifying status updates from servers to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Monitoring and tracking key dates such as action dates, court dates, and unreviewed comments to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Communicating clear status updates to clients, recommending additional services as appropriate, and following up on pending jobs.
- Assisting with intake and training processes, leveraging prior experience in local, statewide, and nationwide Service Coordinator roles.
- Supporting various teams with day-to-day operational needs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bring experience in a customer service environment (required).
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Are highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excel at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
