Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Lake Orion, Michigan

This onsite position calls for a dedicated BCBA to support an 8 or 9-year-old student as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, therapists, and family members
• Understanding of best practices in mental health and positive behavioral supports
• Ability to provide training or guidance to staff as needed
• Enthusiasm for making a tangible impact on a student's educational journey

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess behavioral and emotional needs, and develop tailored intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with a full team, including teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Provide coaching and consultation to ensure a unified approach to behavioral support
• Maintain documentation and communication in line with best practices and district expectations
• Work onsite at the designated educational technology center during school hours (7:30am - 2:45pm)
