What You'll Be Doing
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
- Assist with accounts receivable activities, cash applications, and collections
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Enter and maintain accurate data within the accounting system
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account inquiries
- Generate financial reports and assist with special projects as needed
- Support the accounting team with administrative and accounting-related tasks
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Account Reconciliations
- General Ledger Support
- Journal Entries
- Month-End Close Assistance
- ERP Systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
