Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Experience working within a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process, school-based documentation, and compliance
- Skilled in group and individual therapy, including sensory-motor, self-care, and fine motor interventions
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to meet diverse student needs in rapidly changing educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ functional abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with academic goals and therapy best practices
