LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is a floater position and will support multiple practice areas.

This position is hybrid - 4 days in office. Litigation experience required.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting legal documents and correspondence

· Handling attorney billing

· Entering attorney time

· Maintaining files

· Managing calendars

· Scheduling meetings

· Corresponding with clients

· Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

· 3+ years of recent legal assistant experience

· Litigation experience including e-filing required

· Strong MS Office knowledge and typing skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
